New Deck – Minnetonka, MN
This Minnetonka family wanted to upgrade their aging, undersized deck into a modern outdoor living space where they could host friends, grill out, and enjoy the view of their backyard. After a design consultation, we created a custom two-level deck layout with integrated stair lighting and low-maintenance materials.
We used TimberTech® composite decking in a warm brown tone with white aluminum railing for a clean, timeless look. Pressure-treated framing and helical pier footings ensure long-term structural support and minimal shifting over time — even with Minnesota’s freeze/thaw cycles.
The job included full demolition of the original deck, structural framing, decking, railing, trim, and cleanup — completed in under a week. The result: a stylish, sturdy space that adds real value and curb appeal to the home.
