Roof Project – Edina, MN
This full roof replacement in Edina was completed for a growing family whose aging asphalt roof was beginning to show signs of weather damage and curling shingles. After an on-site inspection, we discovered signs of ice damming and inadequate attic ventilation — common issues in older homes throughout the Twin Cities metro.
Our crew fully removed the existing roofing system and installed GAF Timberline HDZ® architectural shingles in Charcoal, along with new synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, upgraded flashing, and ridge venting for better airflow. We also added a seamless gutter system to improve drainage around the property.
The project was completed in just under three days, start to finish, with minimal disruption to the family’s daily routine. Now, the home has a fresh, updated look — and the peace of mind that comes with long-term protection against Minnesota weather.
